Rental Terms
- Minimum rental period – 24 months
- Option to extend the rental for an additional 12 months if needed
- At the end of the rental period, you can upgrade to new equipment or return the current devices
- Rented equipment is not accounted for as a long-term asset – simplified accounting and fewer administrative burdens
- Pricing – from €35/month
Additional services (for an extra fee):
- Microsoft 365 license (Business Standard) (from €14/month)
- Remote IT support – fast issue resolution via remote access (from €10/month per workstation)
- Additional monitor or other peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headset, etc.)
- Other IT maintenance or consulting services as needed (hourly rate €30/hour)
